How long does it take to process and ship custom stationery orders?

2 weeks from your approval of final proof. We can expedite for an expedited design fee.

What type of paper is used for the stationery?

We use 120-pound paper which is very nice and high quality!

Do envelopes come with the notecards?

Yes!

How do I let you know what I want on my custom stationery?

We're thrilled you chose R. Wagoner Brown for your stationery needs. To ensure that we create exactly what you want, please fill out our 'custom stationery form'. It will guide you through our customization process.

What if I don’t know what I want?  Can you help?

Absolutely! We're always here to help. If you start out by filling out what you can on the 'custom stationery form' and then reach out to us, we'll get back with you to talk more about what you're looking for. We'll make sure you love it!

Can I use my own artwork?

Yes!

How many mockups will you send me?

Around 5 and then we’ll refine it. We want you to love your customized stationery and we'll ensure we get it right!

Can I order a custom design sample before placing a larger order?

That’s a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us and let us know.

Can I reorder the same custom design in the future?

Yes! And you'll receive a 10% discount on the same orders of custom design.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders of custom stationery, notebooks or notepads?

Yes, please reach out for details!

I need my items quickly.  Can I have it expedited?

Yes for an expedited design fee and expedited shipping!

Who is stationery a good gift for?

Personalized stationery is a great gift for ANYONE!!! Men, women, children, staff, thank you gifts, teacher gifts and so much more!

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my custom stationery (notepads, notebooks, or notecards)?

No returns on customized items. However, reach out if you have a problem with your order. We're here to help!

What is your return policty on items that aren't custom?

How long will it take for my refund to appear?

That all depends on your banking institution's timeline.

We ship via USPS.
